The polyester finishes are paraffinated which can be applied wet on wet with multiple layers (8 – 10). These multiple layers give high dry film thickness from 1.5 – 2mm and glass like finish.
It has excellent coverage, superior elasticity and provides ease of sanding.
It is developed based on Italian technology exhibiting unique properties like quick-drying, anti-shrinkage , excellent hardness, and high stain resistance
ICA’s innovation has made it available for vertical application (Vertical Polyester – no drip) and winter season (Winter Polyester – less coagulation)
The range includes clear, super white and pigmented finish with over 850+ color shades variations.
Wood gloss refers to the sheen or luster on a wood surface after applying on wood substrate. The gloss level can greatly influence the aesthetic appeal of the finished wood surface. ICA’s Lucido range offers high mirror like gloss finishes.

The different levels of gloss available for wood finishes, include high gloss, semi-gloss, satin, and matte. A high gloss finish creates a shiny and reflective surface, showcasing the wood grain with a sleek and modern appearance. Semi-gloss offers a moderate shine, while satin provides a subtle sheen. Matte finishes have a low or no shine, creating a more natural and subdued look that enhances the texture of the wood.
Gloss for wood finishes can generally be applied to all types of wood. However, there may be specific considerations for certain wood species. Some woods may have natural oils or resins that can affect the adhesion or drying of the gloss finish.
High gloss finish application is similar with the regular finish the only difference is, for high gloss finish requires the different process of sanding and buffing to improve the Surface Finish as well as DOI and smoothness of the surface.
